Vasundhara Foundation was established in 2005 by Adv. Sudhir Anand Nadgaundi, a resident of Panvel, Raigad, Maharashtra. The organisation is duly registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Reg. No. MAH-312/04) and the Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950 (Reg. No. F-4867), Raigad, Maharashtra.
